This series is about reviving the excitement for these old movies, looking at them through a modern lens and actually challenging ourselves to step away from Netflix and the trash TV we normally love and consume. And please bear with the sound quality in the early episodes- these were our first attempts at recording and bear some rookie sound mistakes! Future episodes will be made with the podcast in mind. This show will focus less on the historical record and getting everything right and more on our opinions about what we actually liked and what we think holds up. This show will feature regular host Kenny alongside a rotating co-host to get different unique perspectives and keep things lively. ?: An Academy Awards Podcast will premiere simultaneously as both a podcast and as a show on YouTube. It is recommended you watch the Hitchcock film we are discussing before listening to our episode to avoid spoilers, and joining in on the discussion wherever comments sections are available! This show will appear sporadically as it is a labor of love that requires ample time for research, editing and fact checking before we feel comfortable releasing it.
